RETURNS

7-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Jouxelle, that’s why we offer a 7-day return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

All items must be returned without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Please reach out to our customer service for authorization to return an order. Return label will be the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise arrived damaged.

CANCELLATIONS

We aim to process and ship our orders very quickly. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. You must contact us for authorization to return items. Customer will be responsible for return label fees.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team within 12 hours of placing your order before it has shipped but it is not guaranteed.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. You will receive a refund if you are eligible. If you would like a different item, you must place a new order,

DAMAGED ITEMS

In case of a damaged item (if under warranty), we will exchange your item for a new one. Jewelry pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 7 days of delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN MAIL - Tracking says delivered but no package arrived

In such circumstances with shipping/delivery, we strongly encourage you to contact the carrier ie.Fedex, USPS.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Please provide an accurate, safe and secure shipping address at checkout.

OTHER CONCERNS

We take great care to ensure you get beautiful, flawless pieces. If you feel your jewelry was damaged or have any other concerns, please get in touch so we can help.
